This is a legal agreement (this "Agreement") between you (either an individual or an entity) and Hybing. This Agreement contains terms and conditions of using Quick IPN (the "Software") .

GRANT OF LICENSE. Hybing hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this Software on per web site basis.  You can modify Quick IPN to suite your needs.

REDISTRIBUTION. Redistribution and reselling of is NOT allowed.

MODIFICATIONS TO REPORT GENIE. Hybing reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the oftware (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Hybing shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Hybing has reserves the right to modify this license agreement at any time.

WARRANTY. You expressly understand and agree that:

• Your use of Quick IPN is at your sole risk. Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HyBing expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
• HyBing makes no warranty that (i) software will meet your requirements, (ii) software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the software will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the software will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the software will be corrected.
• Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
• No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from HyBing or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this user license agreement.

COPYRIGHT. The software are owned by Hybing and are protected by US copyright law and international treaty provisions.

TERMINATION. The license will terminate immediately without notice from Hybing if you fail to comply with any provision of this license. You agree that Hybing, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account, use of the software or use of any other Hybing service, and remove and discard any Content within your account, for any reason. You agree that any termination of your access to the software under any provision of this license agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Hybing may immediately deactivate or delete your Hybingn account and all related information and files in your ACCOUNT and/or bar any further access to such files or the software. Further, you agree that Hybing shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event will Hybing or its suppliers be liable for any lost revenue profit or for direct, special, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages however caused and regardless of theory of liability, arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, even if Hybing has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

GOVERNING LAW. This agreement is made under, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the court of US.
