While setting up Quick IPN with attachment options, there could be several reasons that the buyer does not get the attachment:


  1. Check buyer's spam filter, maybe it is sent there.

  2. Make sure your web site has proper mail program. To verify, you can try Quick IPN, not using attachment option, to see if you get the email.

  3. Make sure your attachment is in the same folder as the quick IPN files.

  4. Make sure the attachment file size is small enough by your hosting company.
